Grade 4 - Didgeridoo Incursion

On Thursday 22 June, the Grade 4 students had a fully interactive
'Didgeridoo Australia' experience.

4M, 4L, 4S and 4B learnt about Aboriginal culture - bush food,
hunting tools and art. They received a hands-on introduction to
playing Aboriginal instruments, including the didgeridoo and clap sticks. Students
practised their throwing skills using non-returning hunting boomerangs
aimed at targets. There was a Q&A session including live music with
student participation to finish the day.

Thanks Henning, our guest from Didgeridoo Australia!
